深圳液壓打包機(jī)使用說(shuō)明：
本廠重型液壓打包機(jī)使用68#液壓油，連接電源三相380V，額定電流為40A，安裝時(shí)要有接地保護(hù)，電機(jī)要根據(jù)所示方向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)才能啟用，否則不能啟動(dòng)。油箱加入液壓油方可啟動(dòng)使用。但當(dāng)氣溫降低時(shí)液壓油濃度大，機(jī)內(nèi)的濾清器不能起到過(guò)濾作用，這時(shí)必須將濾清器拆出，待溫度恢復(fù)后，方可生新安裝使用。（注：濾清器應(yīng)每月清洗1-2次）。
       溢流筏-控制該機(jī)的壓力開關(guān),旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)壓手轉(zhuǎn)向右轉(zhuǎn)為增壓，向左轉(zhuǎn)為減壓，出廠前已調(diào)整好壓力。但在使用過(guò)程中調(diào)壓手輪可能有變位現(xiàn)象，導(dǎo)致壓力升高或降低，這時(shí)需要生新調(diào)節(jié)壓力，調(diào)壓時(shí)應(yīng)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中進(jìn)行，同時(shí)把壓板降至*低位置，調(diào)整溢流筏的調(diào)壓手輪，調(diào)整壓力不能高于或低于壓力表所示的范圍，壓力的OMPA（100KG/1cm2）。旁桿-增強(qiáng)壓的剛性和起導(dǎo)向作用，每次使用前應(yīng)加油，起潤(rùn)滑作用。
      行程開關(guān)-控制該機(jī)的啟動(dòng)和停止的作用，因此要經(jīng)常檢查、維修、保養(yǎng)。手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)向閥-控制壓板向上向下，停止的開關(guān)。

     2、手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)向閥打向升檔位置，壓板自動(dòng)向上升到*高的位置，由行程開關(guān)控制自停，這時(shí)應(yīng)把手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)向空檔位置。完成一個(gè)工作程序
