注塑擠出成型中央供料系統采用一臺機一根管，密封式回路設計方式，保證整個系統?行穩定，絕無塑膠回潮、堵料現象發生。它配合中央幹燥機（除濕機）系統使用，可使幹燥空氣對原料進行再次幹燥，防止幹燥後的塑膠回潮，同時在每個輸送循環後對輸送管進行清理，確保管道內沒有殘料。在避免原料回潮的同時也保證加入注塑機中原料一致性，在真空負壓同進作用下，原料中原有的粉塵經過過濾器（集塵器）系統濾出，有利提高產品質量。
